A&A Flats is a personally-run business established in 1995 and we provide fully furnished studio and one bedroom flats to let within the Mutley area of Plymouth.
All our flats are conveniently close to the city centre, university and the main bus routes, providing access to all parts of the city, including the hospitals.

Our flats rarely remain unoccupied for long, and it's impracticable to keep our website up-to-date on a daily basis - we prefer to put our effort into maintaining the properties! We provide information on our availability page that we plan to update on a monthly basis.
